 Vikram is a CA and is an all India rank holder; his other academic accomplishments include:
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA, USA,
- Diploma in Information Systems audit (DISA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ( ICAI)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from ICMA, Australia
- Member of The Institute of Internal Auditors, USA
- Certified Business valuer from ICAI, India.
Vikram, with over 20 years of experience, has worked in reputed Private Equity funds, consulting organizations like Ernst & Young and SR Batliboi & Co and has been CFO of reputed organizations in India. His focus area includes Business Development and Deal Closure.
TUSHAR SANGANI – Sr. Vice President
 Tushar is a Chartered Accountant and head the Mumbai office of the Company.
He has vast experience of over 20 years in Private Equity, structuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Valuation and Corporate Finance.
Tushar has worked at senior positions with renowned companies like Reliance Capital Private Equity, Reliance Infrastructure (Reliance Energy) and with one of the largest South African Bank viz. First Rand Bank.
As an Associate Director at a leading NBFC, he was instrumental in forming a joint venture with a leading Private Equity Group for Special Opportunity Fund and fund raising activities along with
setting up of Infrastructure Fund and was leading and successfully managed qualified placement of US $ 100 million.
Yashica Bhandari Jain - Vice President
 Yashica is an MBA/ PGDM with specialisation in Finance from Amity Business School, Noida. With a vast experience in the field of Corporate Treasury and Investment Banking, she has been involved in fund raising of USD 750+ mn through various Debt programs like NCD & CP, Rupee Term Loan, ECB, FCCB and Working Capital loans and M&A, Structured Funding transactions worth USD 250+ mn, across diversified sectors including auto ancillaries, cement, garment/ apparel, healthcare, IT, pharmaceutical, power, real estate & hospitality, sugar, textile and telecom.
Yashica, with over 10 years of experience, has worked at senior positions with renown organizations like ICICI Bank, Jindal SAW. Her focus area includes Business Developement; Fund Raising through Debt & Private Equity; Merger & Acquisition and Deal Execution.
Ravi Agarwal - Asst. Vice President
 Ravi is an MBA in Finance from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi and Bachelor in Business Economics (Hons.) from Delhi University. He has acquired extensive knowledge of Capital Markets & Financial Services, and has successfully completed transactions related Joint Ventures, Merger & Acquisitions & Private Equity.
